Flat surface sandwich panels carry the same technical properties as industrial panels, but are produced without profiling on the surface sheet. The smooth, groove-free surface makes them ideal for hygienic applications. Standard production is 111 cm wide with an interlocking system.

Explanation

Floor Sandwich Panels

Designed for heavy load-bearing applications, floor panels include:

Top layer: 10 mm thick plywood
Bottom layer: 0.5 mm galvanized steel

Optionally, the plywood surface can be covered with non-slip CRNI sheet using a special adhesive.

Plywood floor panel width: 111 cm
CRNI floor panel width: 120 cm
Both types are produced with an interlocking joint system.

Locking Detail

All panels feature a double interlocking system for seamless assembly, providing easy installation, airtight sealing, and maximum insulation efficiency.
